Explanation 

In this dialogue-based lesson plan, students learn useful vocabulary for attending a job interview in English. We know that in an interview we need to talk politely and be the person that company need, Then we need to learn the types of question they ask us.

Examples of the typical question in an interview are: 


How would you describe yourself?
Could you tell me who you work for at the
moment?
How long have you been working for ....?
Why do you want to work for this company?
Why are you leaving your job?
What can you offer our company? Etc.

Always remember be kind and express your ideas in a slow way.

Be careful about how you to respond to negative questions. You can frame your responses in a positive manner, even when discussing a challenging situation.

We use the present simple when we want to talk about something that is true now, and is quite permanent. Talk about tasks related to your day-to-day job, things which don’t change very often, and about any skills that you have.
“I work in a very international team. My colleagues are from all over the world so we communicate in English.”
“I use Google docs every day at work.”
“I speak fluent Japanese and Korean.”

My Country El Salvador is a country very small but is really beautiful, Even is small is better because you can visit diferent nice places inside in the country in a little days. Comparatives and superlative of adjectives

We use  comparative  adjectives   to show change or make comparisons: This car is certainly  better ,   but it's much  more expensive . I'm feeling  happier  now. We need a  bigger  garden. We use  than   when we want to  compare one thing with another : She is two years older  than  me. Sonsonate is much bigger  than  Usulután .  He is a better player  than  Magico González  Costa rica is a bigger country  than  El Salvador. When we want to  describe how something or someone changes  we can use two comparatives with  and : The balloon got  bigger and bigger . Everything is getting  more and more expensive . Grandfather is looking  older and older .
